I took my relative here for a procedure, so we were there a while. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. My relative said she would recommend this place to everyone, because she was treated so well and they were so nice to her. I totally agree with her.
I would recommend anyone AVOID this company. They have very poor customer service. I called and left messages several times and they never called me back. They kept sending me to vm. They ran a test that cost $909 without letting me know it wasn’t covered. What company does this??? Called my insurance company and they said the dr office just needs to re-code the service. This office refused to do it and refused to help my in anyway. They are rude and lazy in my opinion. I recommend people to avoid this place. I plan to let all my friends and family know of the poor service this place offers.
Dr. Muennich, her team and her facility is a first class operation. I have lived in several other states and worked with a few other Drs, but never had better care and treatment than at her business. When there is anything urgent or concerning, they find a way to get me taken care of. It’s disappointing to read a few reviews here that are complaining about receptionists or how the front desk handled something. We are all adults and I guarantee you that if you have an issue and tell the Dr. or even the office manager, they will address it immediately. Everyone has a bad day but a social media post to try to hurt a business that literally saves lives is a cowards message. Thank you to all of the doctor’s that work every day to help us all live healthy and happy lives. This is an amazing place and I appreciate all of their support and treatment!
0/10 recommend. Had a wart on my thumb to be removed. Originally when I went into the offices I said the freezing treatment hadn’t worked in the past and I wasn’t interested in it.
The dermatologist insisted it would help (she did say it could take multiple treatments). Who could go for multiple treatments when they charge $250 per removal (she only used the freeze twice btw but the bill says 15) and a $150 NEW PATIENT FEE??? The new patient fee is absolutely insane, beware of this place unless you want to throw away money.
You have to call multiple times for some one to pick up. The line gives an automated message that “all representatives are currently busy” but I highly doubt they are THAT busy every minute of every day. The receptionists are just lazy in my opinion. They need to do their job and answer calls. If they are unavailable, they should operate like any other normal business and give customers a choice to stay on hold rather than leave a message and wait days to hear back. Also, if they are that overwhelmed with taking calls, maybe they should consider setting up an online platform to book appointments as there are no options to do so now.
Dr. Elkeeb is the best physician I’ve ever had. She is so caring and thorough and I love being her patient!
I made an appointment over the phone for IPL laser which was supposed to cost $350. When I got there, the girls were confused about my treatment, and told me that IPL costs $500 and that I should have the KPT laser instead, which cost $350 and which would address both my red and brown spots. After six weeks now, I can say that the treatment did not improve my skin whatsoever and I am very disappointed. They told me my face would swell a bit, but it actually swelled up a lot and I couldn't attend any social functions for 5 days!
I am writing this under someone else's name because I can tell by responses to other reviews that this business does not protect patient privacy, and I do not wish to be chastised in public, because I am sure you will somehow blame me for my bad results with your laser. In future, please be transparent about your pricing and expected results!
This review is for Marina and the office staff. Marina does NOT understand healthcare law or billing, but will talk down to you as if she does and you don't. The office paperwork is unlawful and incorrect, they had my copayment incorrect and Marina is spreading false information about billing and laws. I will be attempting to find another dermatologist soon. If there were more in my area, I wouldn't be going here.
